i've been thinking of icecream trucks lately

yesterday i was frolicking home from work barefoot when i heard the magical tinny music of a you-know-what. i spun around with dignity and flagged it down. the driver swerved right to the curb where i stood. quickly scanning the truckside menu for drumsticks (none to be found), i settled for a crunch bar. monies were exchanged. icecreams were given. grins were produced.

frozen delight in hand, i frolicked - even more gleefully than before - all the way home.
